Package 1: Multi-Media Donor Appeal Package

The pandemic, and its effect on the marketplace, has made fundraising for nonprofits particularly challenging. Beyond connecting a nonprofit’s purpose and value with key audiences, it must now also clearly communicate how leadership is meeting today’s unique challenges. For some organizations, it’s a story of how existing services have achieved a new level of relevance. For others, it’s highlighting innovative changes made to be relevant.

  • Formulation of central donor request messages, and composition of appeal letter for client distribution to its direct mail database.
  • Conceptualization and design of appeal campaign’s name and graphic identity.
  • Production of 2- minute, HD-quality video message from organization’s Executive Director (or client-identified alternative) to be posted on social media platforms and in the most strategically visible real estate of nonprofit’s website.
  • Conceptualization and production of three Facebook ads that complement anchoring messages of appeal letter, including:
  • Composition of text
  • Acquisition of appropriate images (one per ad) with addition of initiative’s graphic identity
  • Formulation of target Facebook audience demographics in advance of purchased two-week schedule for each ad with adjustments to optimize exposure.

Note: While purchase recommendations will be provided, client is responsible for placement costs of ads. A minimum of $200 for a two-week run of each ad on Facebook is recommended.
